Return/Exchange Policy

Chatterley Luxuries and Pen Time will accept exchanges or returns for Pens and Watches unless the item is a special order.

Authorization is required prior to returning any merchandise. Authorizations must be requested within 3 days of the date of delivery. Other exceptions can be made.

Shipping-Shipping costs are not refundable on any order. If there was a “free shipping” promotion or discount shipping of any kind on an order, then the actual shipping cost will be deducted from purchase when returned.

 

Paying with a Credit Card-Fees will apply if paying via Credit Card. These are not fees we keep. Credit card processors charge fees for both charging as well as refunding. This is normally 3-4% both ways depending on the card and country of purchase. So for returns on Credit Card orders there will be a 6-8% fee that will cover the credit card processors fee. There are no re-stocking fees for exchanges.

Paying with Paypal-There are no re-stocking or refunding fees if paying with Paypal. Paypal does not charge for refunds, and all the payment fees are completely refundable.

Special orders-Special order and custom order items, and deposits for special orders, are not returnable and are not refundable. Deposits to hold items can not be returned and are not refundable. Products put on hold, then received can not be returned and are not refundable. Buy putting an item on hold, and we take it out of selling inventory, you forgo the 3 day inspection period for returns.

Returns or Exchanges will be refused, if the Pen, Lighter, Accessory or Watch has been used, worn, or altered from its original condition in any way. (including engraving, sizing, dipping, inking or the removal of links, tags, etc)
