A dragon in solid 18 karat gold, set with brilliant-cut diamonds, seems to glow against a background of black precious resin. The dragon’s mouth holds a freshwater cultured pearl, and diamonds flash from its eyes. A navette diamond adorns the tip of the dragon’s tail. Medium 18K gold nib engraved with Chinese calligraphy.
Asia is home to some of the oldest cultures, which have also had a considerable influence on the Western world.
