Pilot Urushi Ishime “Kawari-nuri” Burgundy Fountain Pen
This pen has been lovingly used. It comes complete with box and papers. It is equipped with an 18kt Medium nib.
The Ishime – The word is roughly translated to “stepping stones”. The design is hand painted to emulate a stone pathway and the barrel is brass with an 18kt nib. The Maki-e technique is called “Kawari-nuri” which just means unique.
Retail cost is $765 with black, blue, green and burgundy in F, M and B nibs
