Visconti Saturno Collection, Green Lapetus Limited Edition Fountain Pen
Visconti pays tribute to the 2nd largest planet in our solar system, Saturn. This giant planet has an average radius that is nine times that of Earth and is the 6th planet from our sun. Saturn is named after the Roman god of agriculture and is best known for its prominent ring system that was discovered in 1610 by the Italian astronomer Galileo. Sixty-two moons are known to orbit Saturn, of which fifty-three are officially named. Titan, Saturn’s largest moon, and the second-largest in the Solar System, is larger than the planet Mercury.
The new Saturno Collection is based off the old style Van Gogh, one of the most popular models Visconti has ever produced. And still coveted and searched for by collectors and users worldwide.
The Visconti Saturno collection consists of 4 pens, each turned from precious marbleized resin and named after Saturn’s four largest moons:
·        Blue Titan
·        Black Rhea
·        Green Lapetus
·        Brown Dione
The pens central band and grip section are each adorned with 3 enameled rings, reminiscent of the rings around Saturn. The Visconti name written across the pen clip is also enameled the same color as the rings. The Saturno collection is designed for daily use. The fountain pen is enhanced with Visconti’s 23kt Dreamtouch Palladium nib, available in XF, F, M, B, BB and 1.3mm Stub Widths. The fountain fills using the luxury Visconti converter included with each pen.
MSRP on the Fountain Pen is $595
