Eboya Black Ebonite Fountain Pen
This pen is pre-owned, but in like new condition. It is equipped with a Steel Fine nib. It employs a cartridge convertor filling system, but will need a converter. Comes with its box.
Eboya of Japan creates hand-crafted pens made exclusively from ebonite hard rubber. Customer demand for these unique pens far exceeds supply, and production times in excess of two years are common. Each pen has a distinctive marble pattern – no two pens will ever be exactly alike.
Each Eboya cartridge-converter pen is hand-crafted in a process that requires six months from start to finish. Cap and barrel are made from hand-turned ebonite hard rubber, a natural material sustainably harvested from the Asian rubber gum tree. Eboya’s parent company, Nikko Ebonite Ltd., provides the raw ebonite rods used by most of the major Japanese pen manufacturers. The pens created under the Eboya name have their own unique aesthetic approach.
