Its made of true Celluloid, and uses Viscontis Patented Double Reservoir Power Filler. It comes with the new 23k Palladium nib. Also available if you prefer is an 18k gold nib. Nib grades in the 23k Palladium are EF, F, M, B, BB and 1.3 Stub. In the 18k they are F, M and B.
