Momo Caged Skeleton Limited Edition Rose Plated Fountain Pen by Delta
2014 has brought more collaborations between Chatterley Luxuries and Delta. Based on the previous Chatterley Pens/Delta Momo fountain pen size, this release is crafted from high quality transparent Italian resin and made a skeleton with inspiration brought from cage on the cap of the original Momo released by Delta in 2011. The result is a amazing skeleton that is part of a very special limited edition of just 10 pens worldwide.
The nib is realized in 14kt gold, plated Rose to match the trim and the pen is fitted with Delta’s patented ratcheting piston filling system. The transparent material is crystal clear and all the small details right down to the screw on the inside of the cap have been finished very well. Clear/Demonstrator/Skeleton pens require extra work because the pens need to be hand polished. Most pen parts can be put in a wood chip tumbler to polish up. This works well on the outside of the pen. But, for the inside, it would not be clear, but foggy. So the inside of the pens have to be hand polished.
