Armando Simoni Club Bologna Australian Series Daintree Fountain Pen LE #1/50
This pen is lovingly used and comes complete with box and papers. It is equipped with a 14k Magic-Flex #8 nib and fills via a Compressor Filling System. There is what appears to be a raised imperfection in the celluloid acetate across the body of the pen, most likely caused from storage (see last image). This pen is the #1 in the series of 50.
Daintree, named after Richard Daintree, is a part of the largest continuous area of tropical rainforest on the Australian continent. This pen mimics the rich shades of green and brown found in the lush canopy of this beautiful ecosystem. It is the world’s oldest tropical rainforest that has flora and fauna species not found anywhere else in the world, which includes Koalas. This endangered species is featured on the nib as a reminder of the importance in perserving all animal lives.
