A new Limited Edition From Chatterley. The Wahl Decoband in Black Lucens Celluloid. Limited and numbered to only 25 pens worldwide and a Chatterley Designed Exclusive. The pens body, cap, section and cap finial are all made of celluloid. The Lucens Celluloid is more difficult than other materials as the material needs to be hand polished on the inside. Most pens parts are put in a buffer with wood chips. This is still done with these pens. But then after, they have to be hand polished on the inside.
