Up for sale is the #01/48 pen in this limited edition. It is fitted with a Fine nib. This is the only nib we have for this pen and every other pen in this edition has been sold.
Presenting a wonderfully made Acrylic full demonstrator with 925 Sterling Silver trims. Carefully crafted with gray transparent acrylic and a plated Ruthenium black gold nib. The clear demonstrators require not only polishing the acrylic on the outside of the pen, but these pens also require polishing on the inside of the pen to create a clear see-through effect. This is a time consuming process, and is done by hand.
The wheel on the clip to help ease it into the pocket, the nib, the piston filler, the rings, the star on the top of the cap, have been Ruthenium (Black) plated, even the section internally  made in dark ebonite to compliment the pens “shadow” tint, all done with attention to detail.
The pen is built in the same shape and size as the classic Dolce Vita piston, and its’ features include a #8 oversize solid 14Kt gold nib also plated Ruthenium. This nib has a special oversize Ebonite feed. It uses Delta’s patented ratcheting piston system and 925 Sterling Silver trims.
There are two Silver rings on the cap as well as an 8 sided star for good luck on the top of the cap.
The Gray Shadow is a Limited Edition of only 48 pens worldwide.
