Namiki Yukari Grapevine Maki-e Fine Nib Fountain Pen
This pen is lovingly used and comes complete with a box, papers, and ink. It is equipped with an 18k Fine Nib and fills via a Cartridge/Convertor (included). The outer box does have some damage throughout (see last image).

The Yukari Collection vividly expresses the nature of the four seasons, which the Japanese have been familiar with since ancient times.
By combining designs with various techniques such as Togidashi-Taka Maki-e (Burnished-Raised Maki-e) and Raden (Mother-of-Pearl). While being a size that can be carried and used every day, it harbors Japanese beauty down to the finest detail.
The pen is decorated with grapevines. Grapevines are a symbol of abundance and immortality in Japan.

Lacquering, drawing, sprinkling and polishing. In order to bring out a beautiful, fine Maki-e, these 4 processes are repeated many times over.  More than 3 months are required until completion, with some Maki-e fountain pens being completed after going through the process as much as 130 times.
