Visconti Fiorenza Lava Limited Edition Fountain Pen
This pen has been lovingly used. It comes complete with box and papers. It is equipped with a 23k Palladium Medium nib. This limited edition of 200 was released exclusively to the Australian market.
Fiorenza, which translates to old Florence. This pen was produced by Visconti as a special tribute to the medieval city of Florence, Italy, and its important place in the Renaissance, a period of intense innovation in the sciences and arts. This pen is made of Visconti’s proprietary basaltic volcanic lava polymer, the constituent basaltic material having been sourced from Mt Etna, one of Italy’s active volcanoes. The material is extremely durable and hygroscopic, in an elegant grey-blue-black-silver-honey-brown coloration. The special coloration represents a world first in enhancing the volcanic lava polymer to a lustrous swirl texture.  Power filler, with the filling mechanism accessible inside the barrel.
