Visconti Limited Edition Lacerba Rollerball
Released in a limited edition of only 913 pieces, this rollerball pen celebrates Lacerba: an art magazine founded in the early 20th century by famous publishing house Vallecchi. Many important Futurist artists of the time, including Gino Severini, Umberto Boccioni, Filippo Tommaso Marinetti, and Pablo Picasso, had work in Lacerba. Engraved using the scrimshaw technique, the pen’s black lacquer body features a reproduction of La Danza Serpentina(or “snake dance”) by Severini. The cap and end cap are finished in Art Nouveau–style palladium stripes, and the finial bears the magazine’s founding year: 1913.
