Waldmann America’s Cup Limited Edition Blue Enamel Fountain Pen
Waldmann created this pen to honor the 150th anniversary of the great tradition of the America’s cup.
The pen is hand engraved with a nautical chart motif. Then i has 14k layers of Ocean Blue Lacquer.
This pen is made from .925 Sterling Silver and Platinum. It has a Medium 2 toned 18k nib.
The cap has a .045 Sapphire as well as 9 Diamonds. 5 sounding the the Sapphire on the cap and 3 on the clip. The stones are not obnoxious and are very well done.
This is a limited edition run of 150 pens worldwide.
Original retail price on this pen was $2,900.
This pen is brand new never inked and comes complete with all boxes and papers. Also included with the purchase come the original receipt (owner paid $2,900 ($3088 with tax)) at Charlotte Airport in 2000.
