Parker 51 Light Blue Empire State Special Edition Fountain Pen
Up for sale is a pre-owned Parker 51 Empire State. The pen looks un-used and shows no signs of ink, but the sterling silver cap does have some tarnish which is to be expected. It has a Medium nib and comes with its original box and papers. The pen fills via Cartridge Converter.
