This pen is brand new, but the because of the age, the inner box has some wear. The Dice cup has pealed a little bit because of it sitting. But besides that its in excellent condition.
The pen has a Sterling Silver Overlay and has an 18k Fine nib. It utilizes a Piston Filler.
